Because of this personalized production process, please allow 7–14 days for your order to be created before it is shipped.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

In case of a lost shipment, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner.


INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout, shipping delays or failed deliveries may occur.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or unboxing videos.
Our support team will review the case and assist you accordingly.


CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS

Since all products are handcrafted and unique, slight variations in color, print placement, or stitching are natural characteristics—not defects.
